Berlin is a rural town located in the Andean mountains, where agriculture is the most important source of income. The aim of this project was to enhance social cohesion and improve residents’ sense of safety by restoring the main park. The project achieved its goal through the construction of new pedestrian pathways and shopping stalls, creating a pleasant environment for residents and new job opportunities for merchants.
